At After 7 Consultancy, we believe that arranging care should be straightforward, with no hidden costs or unnecessary complexity. Our pricing structure is designed to be clear and easy to understand, allowing you to focus on what matters most — finding the right support for you or your loved one.

As an introductory care agency, our role is to connect you with carefully selected self-employed carers. This means our pricing reflects the service we provide in matching you with a suitable carer quickly and efficiently.

One-Off Lifetime Registration

To access our services, we charge a one-off, non-refundable lifetime registration fee of £200. This fee covers the process of understanding your requirements, sourcing and matching you with a suitable carer, and facilitating the introduction.

Once registered, you can continue to use our service whenever needed without paying this fee again. This provides long-term value and flexibility, especially if your care needs evolve over time.

What the Registration Fee Includes

The registration fee is designed to ensure a high-quality, personalised service from the very beginning. It includes:

A detailed consultation to understand your needs and preferences
Careful selection and matching with a suitable carer
Introduction to pre-vetted, insured, and qualified carers
Administrative support and coordination
Ongoing monitoring and support after care begins
Assistance with replacing carers if required

Our aim is to make the entire process smooth, efficient, and tailored specifically to you.

Carer Fees and Payments

As we operate as an introductory agency, carers are self-employed and set their own rates. Payment for care services is arranged directly between you and the carer, giving you greater flexibility and control over the arrangement.

This approach allows for:

Direct communication with your chosen carer

We are always available to provide guidance and ensure that expectations are clear on both sides before any agreement is finalised.

Minimum Service Period

To ensure consistency and stability, a minimum service period of 7 days applies once care begins. This helps establish a routine and allows both the client and carer to build a comfortable and effective working relationship.

Fast Response at No Extra Cost

We understand that care is often needed urgently. Our ability to introduce carers within 1 to 3 hours of confirmation is part of our core service and does not involve any hidden premium charges. Our focus is on delivering timely support without additional financial pressure.
